Our group has been involved in International Business since the 1970s, mainly in the United States and the United Kingdom, where we have been engaged in leasing and development projects. In recent years, we have expanded our business to continental Europe, Asia, and Oceania by utilizing the experience and networks we have cultivated.
Operations in the United States
Based on a stable business foundation centered on the Rockefeller Group International Inc. we are engaged in a wide variety of real estate leasing and development businesses. In addition to operating our own building in New York, we are developing offices, residences, logistics facilities, etc. throughout the United States.

Operations in Europe
Since entering the UK in 1986, we have been developing our business for over 30 years. Mitsubishi Estate London is promoting real estate leasing and development business centered on office buildings in central London. In recent years, we have acquired properties in continental Europe such as France and Sweden, and have begun development.

Operations in Asia and Oceania
Since establishing Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd. ,we are promoting real estate business in Southeast Asia ,such as Vietnam and Thailand ,and Oceania. In 2021, we have opened a branch in Sydney and are focusing on business in Australia. We are also promoting real estate business through local subsidiaries in East Asia such as China and Taiwan.
