“The Green at Florham Park” is a large-scale mixed-use project of offices, residences, and hotels developed by the Rockefeller Group in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA.
Until then, there was a lack of communities in this area where people with developmental disabilities could live in peace. We hope that all residents can live and enjoy life. With this in minds, we have partially developed housing to create employment opportunities and support leisure activities for people with developmental disabilities.
Through the project, a new living space where people can live in their own way and an opportunity to form a local community have been provided, which has been highly praised not only by the residents but also by the mayor of Florham Park. It was also an initiative that embodied our group's philosophy of “contributing to a truly valuable society through urban development.”
