(Tentative name) Kyoto Joyo Core Logistics Facility
Due to the expansion of e-commerce, the importance of the logistics industry as a social infrastructure is increasing. At the same time, the government is taking the lead in solving social issues such as labor shortages. A new logistics system that utilizes next-generation mobility is being introduced. Kyoto Joyo Logistics Facility (tentative name) is planned to be developed as Japan's first logistics facility capable of accepting next-generation mobility by installing a dedicated rampway directly connected to an expressway IC.

Tokyo Ryutsu Center (TRC)
Located in a corner of Heiwajima, Ota Ward, this urban logistics center has supported changes in logistics for over 50 years. With three concept spaces, a logistics facility, an office building, and an event hall, we have connected people, regions, and logistics. The premises are full of service facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores, post offices, and medical institutions, forming a single “city”.

Under the tagline of "MOVING TOMORROW - Logistics facilities that move the future", Mitsubishi Estate has created logistics facilities that meet the needs of the times. Of course, efforts to solve social issues, such as consideration for the environment, are also important.
For example, Logicross Zama Komatsubara, which was completion in March 2022, uses a self-consumption PPA model in which solar power generation equipment is installed on the roof and the power generated is used within the facility. For the first time in our company, we have obtained “ZEB” certification, which aims for zero annual primary energy consumption in the building.
In addition, our "logicross" continues to evolve, such as the temperature zone warehouse that is planned to meet various logistics needs, and the promotion of DX by collaboration with other companies.
