It is a 296m building height super high-rise complex that houses a shopping mall in the tower building, offices at its core, a multipurpose hall, a plaza, an observation deck called Sky Garden, and many other facilities.

MARK IS Minato Mirai

Based on the concept of a "life entertainment mall," this is the largest commercial facility in the Minato Mirai Mirai 21 district, with stores catering to the various lifestyles and needs of people who enjoy living in Yokohama.

Kannai Station Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project

This complex building, scheduled for completion in 2029, will bring together international industry-academia collaboration, tourism and customer attraction, and residential functions. It will unite the port town and north exit area, attracting diverse talent from around the world, creating a lively atmosphere and contributing to the revitalization of the Kannai area.

(Tentative name) Yokohama City Naka Ward Kaigandori Project (A-1 District)

The plan is to develop new offices and commercial facilities that will contribute to the urban revitalization of Yokohama's central and waterfront areas (scheduled for completion end of January 2027). Within the block, plans include the development of a promenade to improve accessibility to the city and strengthening disaster prevention functions.
