Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets
This outdoor walkway-style commercial facility is located in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, a city known for its bricks. The buildings are rhythmically arranged to resemble the mountain streams of nearby Nagatoro, with bricks laid out in openwork patterns on the exterior walls. The facility incorporates local nature, industry, and culture as icons, such as a plaza with a large origami-style roof inspired by the Chichibu mountain range, and a walkway with a motif of lilies, a specialty of Fukaya, creating a new hub for the region.
An office park that collaborates with the local community to open up the future of the city
Douyin Group Chengdu (ByteDance Chengdu)
This project is for a headquarters building for an IT company in Chengdu, China. The new two-story building is adjacent to the existing building and has stepped building height, with a lobby on the third floor connecting each building, creating a three-dimensional network with access to the hall and visitor center. Aiming to create an office that is open to the local community, the project also includes a security-free plaza and sunken garden. The employee interaction space at the top of the building is a symbol that shines a light on this developing region.

Mitsubishi Jisho Design 's R&D Promotion Department visualizes the technologies that support the spaces surrounding us, such as roads, structure, and buildings, and connects technology with our lives to help enrich cities.
