YOXO BOX, a next-generation entrepreneurial talent development center, is a facility that aims to develop and support talent who are expected to lead the local economy in the future, such as entrepreneurs who aim to solve local and lifestyle issues from a new perspective, and young people such as junior and senior high school students who are interested in starting their own businesses.

Mitsubishi Estate operates YOXO BOX and the YOXO BOX OFFICE, a serviced office with business support attached to the headquarters.
Residents of YOXO BOX OFFICE not only have a private office available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,
YOXO BOX LOUNGE and MEETING ROOM are also available.
Please use the service office where you can fully utilize the business support functions of YOXO BOX and use it to expand your business.

YOXO BOX supports the next generation of entrepreneurs by forming a network of supporters, including senior entrepreneurs, local businesses, experts, and school officials, who can provide them with knowledge and skills related to starting a business or growing a business, as well as a place to test and verify business ideas.

The lounge space on the first floor of YOXO BOX can be used for a fee if it is an event that contributes to the realization of "Innovation City Yokohama". If you make a reservation in advance, you can also use the event space on weekends and holidays.

YOXO BOX Support Program

We offer a variety of programs, including the "YOXO NEXT Entrepreneurship Lab," a program aimed at junior and senior high school students to foster an entrepreneurial mindset; the "YOXO NEXT Innovation Lab - Practical Entrepreneurship Course," which supports those about to start a business with practical knowledge; the "YOXO NEXT Verification Lab," which tests the ideas of entrepreneurs (including those preparing to start a business) with the local community; the "YOXO NEXT Regional Lab," which allows students and local adults to build relationships around the theme of entrepreneurship; and Meetup, which anyone can easily participate in. A lounge space that can be used for meetings and work as a coworking space is usually placed on the first floor.
We can also accommodate events such as seminars and new product launches. (Up to 100 people can be accommodated during an event)
