Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. announced today that the full renovation of New-Otemachi Building, which began in August 1998, has been completed. The renovation was aimed at meeting tenants’ needs for information technology compatibility and the latest office facilities that can be used for longer term. The renovation process has focused on exterior, public-use areas, and tenant space, and the total cost was approximately eleven billion yen.
