Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. announced today that the
Architectural Design & Engineering Division, a key business
division like the Building and Residential
Development Division, is
to be reorganized to establish
Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei Inc. on March 1, 2001. All operations
of the Architectural Design & Engineering Division are
to be transferred to the new company on June 1, 2001,
and with business set to commence on that day as well.
